The bunkie that has it all! The B-160 maximizes space from a 20’ HC container, allowing for a bachelor bedroom / office as well as an optional bathroom and kitchenette (permits required). This bunkie can be used for multiple uses including home office or gyms, guest cabins or compact student or staff accommodations.
This bunkie is built from modified 20’ HC containers (9’6”H) and can be customized for each client’s needs.
- Base kit (dedroom or office): $55,000
- Kit w/ grid connected bathroom (requires a permit): $60,000
- Kit with off-grid cinderella toilet: $65,000
- Add a kitchenette to any Kit: $5,000
